For 10 years now, the Hope for Haiti Benefit Auction have been helping organizations and Haitians fight the cycle of poverty. 100% of the day’s proceeds go toward quality education and opportunity for gainful employment in Haiti, which  should be a right of all people, not a privilege for the wealthy. Covid has NOT been kind to Haiti this year, and The Hope for Haiti Benefit Auction is about changing lives through education and job training opportunities in the country of Haiti, which has no nationwide public education system. 

What started almost a decade ago as a group of neighbors (Amish, Mennonite and English) coming together to raise support for schools in Haiti, has grown into a yearly event at Hertzog Homestead Event Venue with over 1000 attendees and over 100 volunteers all working together to impact education and business training for Haitians.

There will be thousands of items, (sheds, quilts, gift cards, experience packages, lawn and garden supplies, flowers, furniture, collectibles and more) a big bake sale, children’s activities, barrel rides and a food court. Covid guidelines will be in place. 

We know that data does matter: Since our beginnings, we have helped 6 nonprofit organizations, 80 Haitian college students graduate earning a degree or certification, over 30 internships and 200 business workshops for the unemployed. This year’s proceeds benefit Hope Library and Transformation Haiti/Paradigm Shift, offering business and leadership training.  Lancaster based, Nelson and Sue Martin lead this program.

We have FIVE levels of Business Sponsorships:

Friend of Haiti:

Give between $100 and $300, this includes your business logo displayed at the event and mentioned in the auction program, the name of your business will be listed on our sponsors page.

Bronze Sponsor:

Give $500, this includes all the above, PLUS features on social media and our facebook page.

Silver Sponsor:

Give $800, this includes all the above PLUS special acknowledgments during the auction event. You business logo, description and link to your website will be listed on our Sponsors webpage.

Gold Sponsor:

Give $1000, this includes all of the above PLUS mention in press releases and other additional media. You logo will appears on a rotating slider on our main auction page.

Diamond Sponsor:

Give over $2,500, this includes all of the above PLUS a gift certificate for a one night stay at award winning Hertzog Homestead bed & breakfast.
